Director
David has more than 30 years of experience within the Institutional banking industry as a foreign exchange trader, sales and marketing executive. He has been successful in advising clients on multi million USD product sales for global SME’s and mid tier corporations.
His extensive experience has been gained through working at Institutions like Citigroup, Shell International UK.
An outstanding achiever with drive and resilience, David’s experience demonstrates credible strategic leadership, vision and innovation gained over many years. He also has experience of coaching and developing high performing sales teams via an innovative approach to finding solutions for client’s issues. With his excellent communication skills he has been able to implement a modern business strategy that supports the value of the organisation.
He has continually identified new market developments that leverage against his current relationships, forging profitable business with existing and potential institutional clients.
Lesley Hastings

As a result oriented individual, Lesley has an excellent success record in managing and delivering on a range of health business initiatives. CIPD qualified and a PRINCE2 project manager, Lesley’s skills have been appreciated in numerous projects across London specialist and acute NHS healthcare settings.
Since 2011, Lesley has also held the role as Director of Whispers Solutions Ltd., a division of the company focusing on bespoke NHS projects.
Lesley’s hobbies include enjoying range of fitness programmes and hiking.
